Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy & Returns

Please be assured that your items will ship out within seven days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

If you happen to order the wrong size filter you can simply contact us and we will send you a different size filter that fits just right. There will be a $7.15 shipping and handling charge to send you the new filter.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our service and wish to request a refund, your refund request must be made directly to FilterTime at team@filtertime.com within one hundred (100) days of the date of the first shipment by FilterTime. After the first one hundred (100) days there are no refunds but you can still cancel any time. FilterTime is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to FilterTime. Promptly following FilterTime’s receipt of your refund request, FilterTime will credit the approved amount paid for the returned product to the credit card you used to make the original purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, FilterEasy does not control when a specific credit card company processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your credit card company if you have questions about the status of the chargeback.
